Job description – Plumber- · Experience in FM with a background in retail and public building sectors.
- · Hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in plumbing.
- · Proven ability to work independently.
- · Handyman experience preferred.
- · Possess a valid clean UK driving licence.
- · ECS/CSCS Card certification preferred.
- · IPAF & BAND certifications preferred.
- · Prioritse safety and quality in all your work.
- · Meet project deadlines and budgets.
- · Keep accurate records of completed tasks.
- · Participate in a weekly on-call rota (Monday to Monday) with a frequency of no more than once every four weeks.
- · Bring a passion for exceptional customer services.
- · Always represent the company professionally and courteously.
- · Flexibility, as some out-of-hours work may be necessary.

- 40 hour week
- · A on-call Standby payment of £75.00 – Any callouts received paid door to door at overtime rate
