Quantity Surveyor / Estimator (Roofing Experience Preferred)

Your primary focus will be on accurate and timely estimating, with a preference for candidates with roofing project experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for roofing projects
• Analyse tender documents and specifications
• Source and evaluate subcontractor quotes
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects
• Stay up to date with industry trends and cost fluctuations

Required Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Proven experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on estimating
• Strong understanding of construction principles and materials, especially roofing
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
